We all want to feel beautiful. And you will notice, dear reader, that I do not say 'be' beautiful... feeling (and actually being) beautiful is all about a deep sense of well-being, vibrancy and contentment which radiates deeply from inside. It is all you need to be the truly wonderful creature that you are.

Yes, you will leave a more beautiful you. But you are so much more than the end product of a skillful beautician... so much more than an artfully constructed painting...

Have you ever wondered why Da Vinci's Mona Lisa is considered the most sublime woman in art history? Certainly, it is not her overt beauty - for in truth she is not, to our Western eyes, 'beautiful'. But there is a mystique is there not? She smiles modestly for us (as would be in keeping with the times), but she radiates assurance and sensuality nonetheless. She is saying "I am alive" and "I am happy to be with you in this moment."

This assuredness, this deep contentment - this is what I want to see as you leave Prana Beauty. And you would quite rightly interpret that as my 'philosophy'; my philosophical and holistic approach to the creation of a more beautiful you.

And as I write, let me also tell you this: I am 'for you' as one human being to another. I am for you as male, female, young or old. You are truly resilient!
